          Webhook invocation, retries and logs

KOLO™ webhooks have built-in retry methods for 3xx, 4xx, or 5xx response status codes.

If KOLO™ does not receive a 2xx response status code for an invocation within 3 seconds, we will attempt to call your endpoint up to 3 times and mark that invocation as either success or failed based on last response. Logs of these invocations can be viewed via KOLO™ Central Developer tab for up to 7 days since invocation.

For any missed events, you can query our /alerts endpoint to reconcile the data over any period.
